Today’s leadership development programming must be multi-faceted to meet the diverse needs of rising leaders. Although we may be able to align on core leadership competencies and the essential leadership traits needed for success in our fast-moving, global, tech-based world, each person is still unique in his or her leadership style and leadership development path.
At Tiara International, our Tiara Model for True Leadership (SM) provides both a consistent framework for growth along with creative applications for different people at different points on their leadership journey.
To meet the needs of high-achieving professional women and business owners, we have developed and fine-tuned Leading With Impact, a 10-month program. This program provides the mindsets, competencies, practical application, skills, and support needed to help women navigate pivotal moments on their career path, with confidence, power, and inspiration.
Many female leaders today still benefit from a women-only environment where they can openly share both professional and personal goals and hurdles. Additionally, female leaders are yearning for connection, collaboration, and support along their journey, weary of “going it alone” and “figuring it out themselves.” Yet, they need practical tools and techniques that make a difference in their work and their lives immediately, with no time to waste on outdated, ineffective, or irrelevant concepts.
In Leading With Impact, we combine group Leadership Development Sessions along with individual Executive Coaching Sessions for maximum growth and application. We use the Tiara Model for True Leadership (SM) along with leading edge tools and techniques in our curriculum that builds strategic leadership competency.
Additionally, Leading With Impact combines the inner growth needed for immoveable confidence along with the skills and techniques needed to motivate and influence others, including:
Effective communications in all directions
Improved delegation, creating a culture of accountability
Quality relationship-building, with attention to shifting perception of their contribution from tactical to strategic so they are not caught in the “competency trap” of being an effective performer, yet not seen as a leader
