Next Generation Coach focusing on helping Millennials and GenX'ers thrive in today's cross-generational work environment.  She has a corporate background in branding, marketing and strategy, an MBA from DePaul University, and more than 15 years of branding experience with fortune 500 companies and non-profits such as Jimmy Dean, Sara Lee, GUM brand and the Chicago Tribune as well as the National Restaurant Association.

She has served as the director of an international MBA and Leadership program in Rome, Italy for nearly 4 years where she also served as adjunct professor for their leadership program. Becky is the founder of Be Greater Consulting, a woman-owned business, has achieved a leadership award from the Chicago Tribune, and serves as a mentor for DePaul University's Center for Entrepreneurship.


 Stacee Hasenbalg, Chief Compliance Officer, Avant, Inc.

Fast-growing digital lending platform that is lowering the costs and barriers of borrowing for consumers. She has served as associate general counsel and U.S. regulatory liaison for BMO Financial Group, and has over 20 years’ experience advising senior executives regarding regulatory developments in the financial services industry and interacting with federal and state banking and securities regulators.

Ms. Hasenbalg also serves on the boards of Friends of the Chicago River and Kilimanjaro Guides Scholarship Foundation.  She is a former board member of the Coalition of Women’s’ Initiatives in Law and the Chicago board of Step Up Women's Network.[/show-bio]

Founder of Generation STORM, is a specialist in generation-generation Y, coaching professionals who are young (spiritually), with leadership development,  focusing on impetuous talent, and future building. Author of the book, Ygenwijs, Marieke Gondstra focuses on the role of generations within organizations, and from that, Generation STORM originated.

Through her organization, she awakens generations with a stormy inspiration network, developing leadership programs for young professionals, generation arrangements, learning communities, and coaching.
