She provides personal coaching and leadership development coaching for women who are ready to be empowered to deliver results, become more effective leaders and find personal success.
Coaching with a supportive, compassionate edge, she guides her clients to think deeply about the journey they want to take, define their personal and professional goals, and take action.
Stephanie leverages her 20 years of business leadership experience along with her coaching experience and the Tiara Model for True Leadership Certification (SM) to coach clients to achieve their desired results.
Stephanie earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Information and Decision Sciences from the University of Illinois, a Master’s Degree in Managerial Leadership from National-Louis University and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. Stephanie also holds certifications in Agile SAFE 5.0 PM/PO and Project Management Professional (PMP). Along with her business-related certifications she is also certified in the Tiara Model for True Leadership (SM) and graduated from Coach U.
Stephanie is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and Imani Pearls Community Development Foundation where she volunteers her time and develops and facilitates programming for the organizations’ leadership development committee. In addition, she is dedicated to service and spends time volunteering to elevate youth through mentoring, supporting women’s healthcare, and building economic legacy in minority communities.
