Find Your Direction with a True Leadership Roadmap
We are often so busy juggling our day-to-day commitments, taking care of other people, and managing our To Do Lists, that we forget to pause, reconnect to ourselves, and map out where we want to go. Work with a coach for 2 - 4 sessions on creating a clear, inspiring roadmap for yourself.
We believe that all women are leaders regardless of any formal role or title because at the end of the day, they are the ones leading their lives.
Are you currently leading your life?
If the answer is no, then a True Leadership Map is what you need. Work one-on-one with one of our certified Tiara Leadership Coaches to create an integrated plan for the next 12 months. This plan combines personal and career priorities into a one page view that acts as a compass for you.
During individual coaching sessions, you will identify (or refresh) your core values, callings, and strengths. You will clarify and affirm who you are as a leader. You will articulate your top priority outcomes in each area of your life.
The True Leadership Map will serve as your point of reference during the year ahead. It will keep you aware of the leader you are, in both your professional and personal life. It will remind you at any time and in any circumstance, how to lead in your own natural way, with ease and presence.
This one-on-one coaching session takes place either in one 4-hour session or is divided over two 2-hour sessions. This session can take place via video conference, phone, or in person, depending on your location.
