Our Lead True Visioning Workshop provides a space for simple, yet powerful reflective exercises, sharing with peers, and expert-led coaching that helps you to find your direction from the inside out. You will know how and where to focus your energy so that you can lead with confidence in both your personal and professional life. The workshop is offered via Zoom over two 3-hour sessions on September 18th and 25th.
After this workshop, you will:
Have a concise Integrated Leadership Compass for direction and decision-making
Have the ability to powerfully articulate and embody what you stand for
Know deeply how to lead with natural ease and power, from a place of undivided integrity
Have learned how to trust yourself and not be at the mercy of circumstances
Our Approach
In everything we do, we take our clients through their personal leadership dimensions of Awareness, Results and Influence, via the six key areas of the Lead True Model for True Leadership.
This approach is applicable for both women in leadership roles and women who are not a leader by job function. In our definition of leadership, we are all leaders, because we are leaders of our life. We make multiple decisions every day that affect not only ourselves but also impact the people we are with.
If you want to lead effectively, both at work and in your personal life, it is important to understand both the impact you have on others and what you are uniquely bringing to the table. The starting point is to learn more about your own behaviors, drivers, purpose, personalities and leadership styles.
