Caroline Baan
THE NETHERLANDS | Caroline Baan has been an affiliate with the Tiara International network since 2010 and is a certified coach in The Tiara Model for True Leadership (SM). She is committed to connecting people, and creating space for everyone.
Caroline brings all aspects of her background and expertise to her work. She has over 25 years of experience at the interface of science, health care policy and daily practice, with a special focus on integrated health care and transitions in health care systems. She worked for local and national governments. She loves supporting others who are facing complex situations. She is a builder who develops strategies and solutions that work.
Caroline says, “Connecting people and knowledge and improving collaboration is essential for me. I want to create an environment in which people trust and respect each other, where they are able to give meaning to their work and life. Without being connected with myself, I cannot connect to others. I feel the responsibility to contribute to, and spread out the values of trust, giving meaning, and living your life according to your own values and with positive energy and joy.”
