GERMANY | Christina Gottschau is serving individuals and Organizations with Life & Business Coaching based on solid education, as well as lived experience and challenges the status quo in all things related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Her very personal leadership credo is being a compassionate soul and truth explorer who provides the ground for trusting relationships and giving a voice to those who may not be heard.

With overall 27+ years work experience she makes an impact with her ability to bring theoretical concepts to life and provide a safe space for everyone to be at their best.

Next to a holistic and systemic Coaching and DEI work her key focus is on Resilience and one of her favorite sayings is Nietzsche`s “Amor Fati”. This concept of “Love your fate. Live your fate.” for her summarizes the idea of changing what we can change and truly being in acceptance with what we cannot. Also, how our perspective shapes our attitude.

In her home country Germany, she is among the pioneers in Diversity and Inclusion having entered the field in 2005, where most organizations locally hadn’t even begun to realize the positive change Diversity Management could bring. For 10 years she was the European Diversity Manager of a US Fortune 500, multi-industry company with a scope for Europe, Africa and South America. She entered the field of Coaching in the year 2016 and is since helping people discover their own strength and leadership.

Christina works as a Solopreneur and Freelancer since 2017 offering Life and Business Coaching, Diversity & Inclusion Management Consultancy and Training, as well as Project Management.

Lead True I Tiara International in Germany

Christina’s coaching education started at the Art and Science Coaching Program of Erickson Coaching International in Vancouver, Canada. This follows Milton Erickson’s work on Solution Focused Coaching. Impressed by the power and impact of the TrueLead (formerly Tiara) Leadership Model and Tools, she completed the Model Certification and the vision was born to bring the TrueLead tools to Germany. Hence, she translated all tools into German and started to look for likeminded coaches in Germany to expand the offer.

Since her Certification in 2019 she has brought programs to Corporations and is working with individuals delivering in English and German.
