Once a year we open the doors to our virtual Model Certification Program in which you will learn a flexible-yet-structured leadership model that provides a framework for your coaching and will help you to support your clients in becoming inspirational and effective leaders.

Our Coach Certification Program is:
Experiential
During the program you will apply the concepts to your own leadership development while practicing with clients. This meta-approach enables you to learn from a variety of coaching situations while absorbing the nuanced design of each of our tools.
Virtual
Our virtual certification program offers the opportunity to join a global learning community from the convenience of your office, with no travel required. You will participate in a vibrant community of peers while learning different perspectives and expanding your own worldview.
